What we are looking for

Lead design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
Define and drive application architecture and modernization strategies
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native platforms is preferred
Experience in Digital Banking or Financial Services is preferred
