Associate Software Engineer

As a ServiceNow Platform Engineer at Huntington, you will provide technical and consultative support for complex platform matters. You will analyze, design, and develop systems, manage platform stability, and ensure best practices are implemented. This role requires strong object-oriented programming skills and experience with ITSM and ServiceNow.

• Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications
• Advise on process and technology inefficiencies within the platform
• Perform routine maintenance and performance monitoring
• Maintain and improve platform stability using best practices
• Manage instance security, user access, roles, and ACLs
