Forward Deployed Software Engineer, Public Sector

Join Scale AI's Public Sector Engineering team to build and deploy AI applications for U.S. government customers. This hybrid, customer-facing role involves embedding with clients to understand their missions, own end-to-end software delivery from prototype to production, and build robust backend systems. You will directly shape the capabilities of Scale's platform for critical public sector needs.

• Embed with government customers to understand mission and scope problems
• Own end-to-end delivery: design, build, deploy, and maintain solutions
• Build robust backend systems and data integrations
• Serve as technical point of contact for customer stakeholders
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or government contexts
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
