Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Generac is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop and test power generation control systems. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, own feature delivery from design to production, and provide technical leadership. This role involves working with frontend, middleware, APIs, and backend integrations, and supporting AI-enabled development practices.

• Develop and deliver full-stack software features from design through production deployment
• Translate product and design requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
• Support AI-enabled software development strategy
• Contribute to the Generac Fleet platform and related software initiatives
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
