About this role
JLL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their MarTech Engineering Team. In this role, you will build AI agents that solve marketing challenges, working closely with marketing experts to develop and deploy solutions across the full lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between domain expertise and platform infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable agent performance.
What we are looking for
6- Build production AI agents for marketing campaigns, content, and performance
- Collaborate with marketing SMEs to understand workflows and build solutions
- Manage full lifecycle from prototyping to production-grade agent deployment
- Integrate with enterprise APIs and build pragmatic workarounds or requirements
- Ensure agent outputs are safe, brand-aligned, and factually correct
- Focus on shipping agents that marketers trust for production work
