Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Legal Technology team, you will lead the design and implementation of full-stack features, from React front ends to Python/Node.js backends and cloud deployment. You will build critical systems for JLL's Legal and Anti-Financial Crime functions, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and data privacy. This senior role involves driving projects, setting engineering standards, mentoring others, and leveraging AI coding assistants to develop innovative, AI-enabled products.

• Lead end-to-end feature design and implementation across full stack
• Build systems for Legal and Anti-Financial Crime with high security/auditability needs
• Utilize AI coding assistants and develop AI-enabled products
• Set engineering standards and mentor other engineers
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full stack experience with Python/Node.js and React
