Tech Lead

Lead engineering execution and client technical partnerships for a healthcare marketing agency. You will set technical direction, ensure code quality, and mentor developers, while integrating AI tools into the development workflow. This role requires a blend of client interaction, leadership, and hands-on technical delivery.

• Guide engineering execution and set technical direction for client engagements
• Serve as the technical partner to clients and hold the line on code quality
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical craft
• Integrate AI tooling into the team's delivery workflow
• Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Drupal, and/or Sitecore
• Solid experience leading technical delivery on enterprise-scale engagements
