Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer in San Diego, CA, to join a fast-paced engineering group focused on prototyping ocean systems. You will hold technical responsibility for custom development and iterative design, testing, and demonstration of solutions for maritime missions.

What we are looking for

Collaborate with customers to define software requirements and design approaches
Develop Python-based software for data processing, analytics, and hardware integration
Build and integrate web-based and desktop user interfaces
Implement, test, and verify software solutions
Support laboratory, field, and at-sea testing of prototype systems
Maintain an active SECRET security clearance
