As a Lead Software Engineer at Belk, you will design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications that power our e-commerce systems. You will integrate with key third-party platforms, manage applications on cloud environments like GCP and Heroku, and ensure high-quality software delivery through established coding standards and CI/CD practices. What we are looking for 6
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java, Spring Boot, and Ruby on Rails applications
- Build integrations with third-party platforms using REST APIs
- Deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Heroku
- Investigate and resolve production issues through debugging and root-cause analysis
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and CI/CD practices
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
