About this role

Join Block as a Senior iOS Engineer to shape the technical direction of the new Neighborhoods network, connecting local businesses with customers through Cash App and Square. You will lead mobile workstreams, drive cross-team architecture, and stay hands-on with iOS development using SwiftUI and other modern technologies.

What we are looking for

Lead major mobile workstreams for Neighborhoods, connecting Square and Cash App ecosystems
Drive cross-team architecture and execution for seamless integration of features
Shape mobile systems for customer discovery and seller ordering workflows
Hands-on iOS development using SwiftUI, Workflow, Swift Concurrency, and Combine
Partner with backend, web, and Android engineers, mentoring others
Utilize AI tools natively for feature development, prototyping, and improving engineering speed
