Front End Engineer

Ministry Brands seeks a UX Engineer to join their Galway R&D hub, focusing on AI-native transformation. This hybrid role involves blending user experience design with front-end engineering to create intuitive, accessible, and high-performance features for their SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish design system standards, and build reusable UI components.

• Design and implement user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Build and maintain reusable front-end components using React and TypeScript
• Contribute to and maintain design system and component library
• Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted design and development tools
