Executive Director, FICC eTrading Development

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance electronic trading systems for US Treasury/Rates. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java and a strong understanding of Fixed Income markets to deliver low-latency solutions that support trading and risk management objectives. You will collaborate with traders, business analysts, and technology teams to enhance trading capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
