Lead UI/UX Full Stack Engineer

Lead a team of engineers focused on the operational health, reliability, and scalability of a platform. This hands-on role involves writing production code, building automated testing infrastructure, and ensuring services are production-ready. You will own platform uptime, performance, and error management, working closely with delivery teams to define quality gates.

• Own platform reliability, uptime, and performance
• Hands-on development and production code shipping
• Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure
• Establish observability, logging, and monitoring standards
• Define and enforce quality gates for code handoffs
• Manage a small team of quality and reliability engineers
