Turo is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join their Design Systems team. You will architect, build, and maintain Pedal, their cross-platform design system for iOS, Android, and Web. This role involves developing components, automating workflows, and leading AI-assisted initiatives to enhance product development.

What we are looking for

Architect, build, and maintain design system foundations and components for Web
Develop and maintain automations for release workflows and token pipelines
Own the Pedal web repository, including CI/CD and release processes
Lead development of AI-assisted systems and workflows
Collaborate with product teams and evangelize system contribution
Advise, coach, and mentor other engineers
