Turo is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join their Design Systems team. You will architect, build, and maintain Pedal, their cross-platform design system for iOS, Android, and Web. This role involves developing components, automating workflows, and leading AI-assisted initiatives to enhance product development.

- Architect, build, and maintain design system foundations and components for Web
- Develop and maintain automations for release workflows and token pipelines
- Own the Pedal web repository, including CI/CD and release processes
- Lead development of AI-assisted systems and workflows
- Collaborate with product teams and evangelize system contribution
- Advise, coach, and mentor other engineers
