Full Stack Tech Engineering Lead

Lead the design and development of a critical cash and intraday liquidity management platform at a global bank. This hands-on leadership role involves owning the technical roadmap, building and scaling a global engineering organization, and delivering AI-first, cloud-native systems.

• Own end-to-end technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for a foundational platform
• Design and deliver highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems across multiple regions
• Drive an AI-first engineering culture, embedding LLM tooling
• Lead, grow, and develop a global engineering organization
• Stay hands-on in design reviews, code quality, and technical decision-making
• Partner with risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams to embed security and audit-ready practices
