• Shape user experience for new and existing Algolia customers
• Build and iterate on a new Growth platform
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams
• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize solutions
• Contribute to engineering best practices and tooling
• Work across the stack with TypeScript, React, and backend languages
