About this role

Lead a team in modernizing the Enterprise Entitlements platform for Digital Banking, focusing on identity, access, and authorization. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

What we are looking for

Lead design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks
Implement cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
Define and implement API and integration strategies
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Experience with Rego/OPA and Service Mesh technologies is preferred
