About this role

Lead the development of AI-native solutions for the construction industry, acting as a technical founder within a product pod. You will leverage AI agents to accelerate delivery, design scalable systems, and own the end-to-end feature development lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end feature development with responsive frontend and robust backend
Drive agentic orchestration using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery
Own testing lifecycle through AI-assisted frameworks and automated tests
Partner with Product Definers to build and iterate on MVPs
Collaborate on scalable and cost-aware architectural system designs
3+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency
