• Lead engineering and QA talent, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Drive technical excellence in AWS cloud architecture and key technical decisions
• Manage QA accountability, ensuring testing standards and quality gates are met
• Own the technology backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and operational priorities
• Champion CI/CD, DevOps, and SaaS operational excellence
• Partner with Product to prioritize, scope, and commit to delivery timelines
