About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Cybersecurity to modernize their Identity Governance & Administration program. This role involves implementing and expanding the Saviynt platform, migrating applications from legacy systems, and delivering scalable access governance solutions. You will lead migration efforts, partner with various teams, configure Saviynt capabilities, design custom solutions, and develop integrations.

What we are looking for

Lead migration of applications and identity governance capabilities from legacy IGA platforms into Saviynt
Partner with Cybersecurity, Application Teams, Risk, and Product organizations to onboard applications
Configure and customize Saviynt capabilities including access reviews, certifications, and entitlement management
Design and implement proof-of-concepts and custom solutions for complex identity governance requirements
Develop integrations between Saviynt and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and CyberArk
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while driving engineering best practices
