Automation Anywhere is seeking a Software Engineer to join their core product operations team. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, implement scalable solutions, and ensure the stability and reliability of their AI-powered automation platform. This role involves deep-diving into code, collaborating with customer-facing teams, and contributing to continuous product improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex full-stack production issues
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose and fix bugs
• Implement scalable and durable solutions for the automation platform
• Analyze customer issues to identify product improvement opportunities
• Contribute to building observability and monitoring capabilities
• Partner with Support, CloudOps, Product, and Engineering teams
