Salesforce Technical Lead Engineer

Lead the design, development, and optimization of Tekion's Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. You will oversee end-to-end quoting, pricing, and revenue workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline sales and operational processes for SaaS business models. This role involves managing a team and ensuring system reliability and data integrity.

• Lead Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting/pricing solution architecture, development, and deployment
• Design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and quoting solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
• Own and optimize lead-to-cash business processes
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins
• Drive system integration strategies with ERP, billing, and other platforms
