Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at YPO, you will own the end-to-end development of features for our AI-first platform, from the member-facing React experience to the underlying AI-powered intelligence services. You'll work across the full stack, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver personalized leadership insights to our global member base.

• Own full feature lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring
• Build responsive React/TypeScript frontends and Node.js/NestJS backend services
• Integrate OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs for AI-powered features
• Design and query PostgreSQL schemas and collaborate on data pipelines
• Instrument features, design A/B experiments, and use data for iteration
• Contribute to architecture decisions and address performance bottlenecks
