Software Engineer Manager

Manage application development for a large department, ensuring the portfolio meets business needs and is operationally sound. This role involves overseeing system design, development, and maintenance, and serving as a key technology liaison for senior management to drive efficiency and support business opportunities.

• Manage all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and maintenance
• Serve as primary technology contact for senior management
• Create and refine operational processes for regulatory and audit compliance
• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements
• Partner across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data to strengthen risk management
• Ensure disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts
