Software Engineer I (Remote Eligible)

Smartsheet is seeking a Software Engineer I to join their Engineering team. This role involves building scalable full-stack services, solving distributed systems problems, and working at the intersection of traditional software engineering and AI-driven development. You will ship features, participate in architectural discussions, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Build scalable front-end and back-end services using Kotlin, Java, Typescript, React
• Solve distributed systems problems with AWS and Kubernetes
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Partner with product management and other business areas
• Enhance existing application code with new features
• Actively use AI tools to improve personal and team efficiency
