Senior Motion Planning Engineer - Trajectory Generation

Motional is seeking a Senior Motion Planning Engineer to research, design, and implement algorithms for autonomous vehicle trajectory generation. This role involves developing state-of-the-art motion control and optimization techniques to ensure safe and comfortable robotaxi behaviors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Develop motion control and trajectory optimization algorithms
• Design and build robust, scalable software for autonomous vehicles
• Conduct code and design reviews in C++

• 3+ years of C++ software development experience
