About this role

HP is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to manage Windows software readiness for desktop workstations. You will be the technical owner for Windows OS integration, ensuring high-quality releases across various teams and partners. This role involves driving OS, driver, and application enablement, resolving issues, and coordinating technical decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Own Windows OS readiness for desktop workstation refresh programs
Drive end-to-end Windows image, driver, application, recovery, and firmware enablement
Serve as the Windows representative on the refresh team
Own Windows-related issue resolution, triage, prioritization, tracking, and closure
Ensure completion of Windows validation and readiness for RTM/Release
Coordinate with ODM SEPMs to ensure Windows deliverables meet HP quality and schedule targets
