About this role

Red Ventures is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Growth & Transformation team. What we are looking for

Lead technical delivery from scoping to iteration
Partner with designers, analysts, and stakeholders
Develop and spread AI-native engineering practices
Diagnose and fix systemic issues in code, tooling, and process
5+ years of production software experience
Demonstrable AI fluency
