Software Engineer I

Mimecast is seeking a Software Engineer I to join their Incydr Insider Risk Management team. This backend developer role focuses on building and maintaining critical services for insider risk management, processing billions of customer events on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features and contribute to the full engineering lifecycle.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs on AWS
• Write unit and integration tests, debug and troubleshoot
• Manage deployment of services using infrastructure as code
• Assist with production issues and customer escalations
• Collaborate with product, UX, and other development teams
• Participate in on-call rotation for production service support
