Senior Lead, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer

Kyndryl is seeking a Fullstack Forward Deployed Engineer to join their Lab in Frisco, Texas. This role involves designing and deploying modern frontends, developing backend pipelines, and orchestrating AI workflows using RAG models and LLMs. You will work in a rapid prototyping environment, shipping MVPs in weeks, and collaborate directly with enterprise clients to deliver production-ready systems on major cloud platforms.

• Build and scale modern frontend interfaces with dynamic generative UI
• Develop robust backend APIs and data pipelines using Python or Node.js
• Rapidly prototype and ship production-ready MVPs within weeks
• Design, build, and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Configure and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
