About this role

PayPal is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in San Jose, CA to lead software engineering efforts and design scalable distributed systems. What we are looking for

Lead software engineering efforts and team-level processes

Identify patterns for reusable solutions using RDBMS, NoSQL, caching, and messaging systems
Perform code and design reviews, write tests, and resolve technical inquiries
