What we are looking for

Design, build, and deploy multi-region services using Go, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka
Own production environment, drive architectural decisions, and analyze metrics
Lead complex technical challenges and mentor junior engineers
4+ years of software development experience in an Agile environment
Proven experience building and scaling multi-region distributed architectures
Experience with data modeling, optimization, and API design
