Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Generac is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop and test remote-controlled power generation systems. You will deliver production-ready software features across the full stack, from frontend to backend integrations, and provide technical leadership. This role involves translating requirements into scalable solutions and contributing to the Generac Fleet platform, with an emphasis on adopting AI-enabled development practices.

• Develop and deliver full-stack software features from design through production deployment
• Translate product and design requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
• Support AI-enabled software development strategy
• 3+ years of full-stack development with TypeScript and React
• 1+ year of AI-assisted development tool adoption
