Sr Software Engineer

Lennar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI infrastructure on AWS. This role involves hands-on coding in TypeScript, React, and Go, driving team adoption of platform capabilities, and mentoring engineers. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of services, from architecture to production readiness, with a focus on AI product capabilities and scalable technical solutions.

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript/React and Go
• Drive team adoption of platform capabilities like IDP templates and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead development of agentic and AI product capabilities leveraging AWS
• Own production readiness for team's services including observability and reliability
• Mentor and develop engineers through technical guidance and design reviews
• Partner with product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
