Senior Full Stack Engineer

Fidelity is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their Health & Benefits Accounts team in Chennai. This role focuses on developing market-leading digital web experiences for healthcare needs, integrating with record-keeping platforms to enhance customer user experience. You will design, develop, and build solutions on a digital platform, set technical standards, and assess current implementations to elevate the platform.

• Design and develop scalable middle-tier services using Java, Spring Boot, and messaging platforms
• Extensive experience in Azure, AWS cloud, and containerized deployments
• Lead architecture design principles and contribute to system design
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend leadership to shape roadmap
• Foster a culture of quality through mentorship, code quality, and best practices
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing web applications
