Systems Engineer - Software Systems

Atomic Machines is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to architect and develop the software infrastructure for their micromanufacturing technology. This role involves defining system architecture, implementing critical software components, and ensuring robust deployment of complex manufacturing systems, combining high-level systems engineering with hands-on development and testing.

• Architect and develop software infrastructure for precision manufacturing equipment
• Define software system architecture across embedded systems, controls, and cloud services
• Implement critical software components, integration tools, and validation infrastructure
• Develop APIs, communication protocols, and distributed services
• Build automated testing, simulation, and integration tools
• Lead system debugging across hardware and software boundaries
