Manager, Software Engineering

Lead a software engineering team responsible for the design, delivery, and operation of critical Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney platforms, focusing on the Seaware ecosystem. You will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team, own the end-to-end lifecycle of platform capabilities, and ensure scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
