Principal AI Engineer, AI Agent Development

OKX is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of autonomous AI agent systems for their global crypto exchange platform. This senior role requires expertise in AI agent architecture and deployment, with a focus on applications in trading, security, compliance, and customer interaction.

• Lead design, development, and lifecycle management of autonomous AI agents for crypto exchange operations
• Architect multi-agent systems and frameworks for goal-directed, reasoning, planning, and RL-based agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent roles and KPIs
• Drive experimentation and continuous learning pipelines for agent performance optimization
• Mentor AI scientists and engineers and define the AI roadmap
• Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI solutions
