Senior Software Engineer

Finastra is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their cloud-native SaaS platform team. You will be responsible for owning complex features from design to delivery, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring other engineers. This role involves modernizing enterprise financial software and ensuring high standards of engineering excellence.

• Own features end-to-end from design through delivery
• Drive architectural decisions and document trade-offs
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Build extensibility into systems for easier feature addition
• Ensure security, isolation, and performance are considered during design
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
