About this role
As a Software Engineer on the Global Certification Team, you will maintain lab infrastructure and guide Cisco products through the certification process. You will build and test networks, analyze products, and collaborate with engineering teams, utilizing modern automation and AI tools. This role requires independent work, managing multiple priorities, and learning how various technologies interact.

- Maintain and manage lab infrastructure
- Build and test networks, including router and switch configuration
- Assist in product certification projects and analysis
- Perform onsite testing at Government test centers
- Research, design, and document technical solutions using automation and AI tools
- Experience with Cisco products and IP routing/switching protocols
