Platform Software Engineering Intern

Tempo is seeking a Platform Software Engineering Intern to help develop its next-generation IoT infrastructure for energy storage systems. This role involves creating a full-stack development model for an edge device, focusing on hardware bringup and secure cloud connectivity. The intern will build and execute test cases, emphasizing negative testing and edge-case validation to ensure system reliability.

• Design and execute verification and test cases for edge devices and cloud integrations
• Develop test suites focused on negative testing and fault injection
• Conduct coverage analysis to ensure functional completion
• Implement and automate tests using simulation, SIL, or HIL frameworks
• Collaborate on a full-stack edge development model, including hardware and cloud telemetry
