Full Stack Engineer

GDIT is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support high-impact customer initiatives in Washington, DC. This remote-eligible role involves architecting and building production-grade user interfaces and performant microservices using React, Python, or Java. You will tackle complex engineering challenges, guide technical decisions, and mentor developers in an Agile environment.

• Build and enhance core services for customer intake, screening, and data dissemination
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural issues
• Work end-to-end across the stack with full ownership of implementation
• Propose innovative, data-driven solutions that operate effectively at scale
• Lead and mentor developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• 8+ years of full stack development experience with 5+ years in React
