Lead Software Engineer

Lead the modernization of the Assessment platform using modern software development practices and emerging technologies. You will provide strong technical leadership and mentorship, architecting and implementing a scalable, resilient, and maintainable platform. This role requires a systems-level mindset and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural health.

• Architect and implement a modern Assessment platform using TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL
• Establish and champion best-in-class engineering practices
• Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide hands-on guidance
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevSecOps practices
• Own the technical vision and architecture of the Assessment platform
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning, quality, and continuous improvement
