You will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and public APIs, while also leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers. This role involves deep technical expertise in iSeries technologies and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and public REST APIs
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
- Deep technical knowledge of iSeries technologies (RPG, CLP, DDS, DB2)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement automation for testing, monitoring, and deployment
- Provide live-site support and troubleshoot complex issues
