About this role
JLL is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Research Technology & AI Agents team in New York City. This role focuses on building AI-powered platforms and agents to automate research workflows and enhance analytics. You will leverage AI coding assistants and LLM-powered tools to design, build, and iterate on production systems, collaborating closely with product and research teams.
What we are looking for
6- Leverage AI coding assistants and enterprise software agents for rapid development
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and systems using AI tools
- Design and refine prompts, workflows, and agent configurations for AI outputs
- Build and iterate on AI agents for research automation and insight generation
- Implement LLM integrations, agent orchestration, and monitoring pipelines
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and scalable APIs
