Senior AI Product Engineer | Growth and Transformation

Red Ventures is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to lead the technical direction of their personalization and data platform. This hybrid role involves building AI-powered product features, enhancing platform intelligence, and mentoring engineers. You will architect backend services, design full-stack features, and implement advanced AI concepts like RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.

• Architect and evolve personalization and data platform
• Design high-performance backend services in Go and full-stack features in React + TypeScript
• Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and LLM-powered product features
• Drive CI/CD and infrastructure maturity via GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS
• Design and ship multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom orchestration
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on AI development practices
