Sr Software Engineer

PayPal is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Austin, TX to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create new software products and solutions, while also ensuring the stability and performance of existing applications.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Product Managers on software product requirements
• Lead development projects with engineering, architecture, and product teams
• Design and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software applications
• Develop automated tests and deliver high-quality code in a CI/CD environment
• Oversee stability and performance of existing applications
