Software Engineer (Backend)

Join Cisco's Platform Experience Backend team to build the APIs and workflows powering Splunk's data management products. You will design, develop, and operate scalable backend services in Go, contributing to cutting-edge big data and AI products. • Design, build, and operate customer-facing REST APIs and backend services in Go
• Own services in production, including monitoring, on-call, and root-cause analysis
• Write clean, well-tested, secure code and provide thoughtful code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Experience with backend languages (Go, Java, C++, Python)
• Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
