Senior Software Engineer

General Motors is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead end-to-end technical solutions for connected vehicle platforms. You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based backend services using Java, Kotlin, and modern frameworks, integrating with CVC and OnStar Data Services. This role involves full lifecycle management, cloud-native architecture on Azure, and driving the implementation of enterprise-grade fleet and commercial software.

• Lead end-to-end technical solutions for connected vehicle platforms
• Develop SDKs for integration with Connected Vehicle Cloud and OnStar Data Services
• Design and implement cloud-based server-side business logic using Java, Kotlin, and Spring
• Drive implementation of enterprise-grade fleet and commercial software
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles on Microsoft Azure
• Manage full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and operational support
