Senior Software Engineer/Developer

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Developer to oversee computer application development for grant deliverables. You will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and deploying changes to key health data systems, including programming, unit testing, defect resolution, and customer support. This role also involves documentation, release management oversight, and ensuring system security through frequent patching.

• Oversee computer application development for grant deliverables
• Design, test, implement, and deploy changes to HERDS and SMART systems
• Perform application development tasks including programming and unit testing
• Manage release process and coordinate with infrastructure staff
• Ensure system security through frequent patching
• Serve as a key liaison to grant partners and coordinate reporting activities
